Your impact

Marketing & Growth Initiatives

Own and execute selected marketing and growth initiatives from planning through launch and performance review.
Plan and execute campaigns across email, social media, community, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
Identify opportunities to improve awareness, acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
Support growth experiments, measure results, and turn learnings into improvements.
Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure campaigns and initiatives are delivered effectively.

Academy, Webinars & Community

Own the execution of Everfit Academy, webinars, workshops, and educational programs.
Develop promotion and engagement strategies to increase registrations, attendance, and participation.
Coordinate with speakers, coaches, partners, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality programs.
Repurpose educational content across social, email, and other marketing channels.
Support community engagement and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with coaches and customers.

Content & Campaigns

Develop and manage marketing content across social media, email, landing pages, campaigns, and other channels.
Work closely with SEO Marketing members to align content with broader marketing, organic growth, and audience priorities.
Collaborate with Design and other teams to create engaging, high‑quality, and on‑brand marketing assets.
Identify content opportunities based on customer insights, market trends, campaign performance, and SEO insights.
Use AI tools to improve content research, creation, personalization, and marketing workflows.

Data & Market Insights

Monitor and analyze marketing performance across campaigns, website traffic, email, and other channels.
Use tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Intercom, Google Ads, or similar platforms to track performance and identify opportunities.
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to support marketing and growth initiatives.
Turn data and research into clear, actionable recommendations.

Who you are

5+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience owning marketing initiatives end‑to‑end and delivering measurable results.
Strong understanding of marketing and growth fundamentals, with hands‑on experience across channels such as content, email, social media, community, partnerships, or campaigns.
Comfortable working with marketing analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Intercom, Google Ads, or similar platforms.
Strong communication skills in English with experience working with international teams or global markets.
Strong analytical, project management, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
Proactive and comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve marketing research, content, and workflows.
Passion for fitness, technology, and AI is a plus.
