Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team supporting a manufacturing client. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment activities across multiple functions, partner closely with hiring managers, and deliver high-quality talent solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake to offer management and onboarding support.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and role requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract high-caliber talent.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, referrals, and direct approaches.
- Conduct candidate screening and competency-based interviews to assess suitability.
- Present qualified candidates with detailed assessments and market insights.
- Guide hiring managers on recruitment best practices, talent market trends, and candidate availability.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through timely communication and engagement.
- Manage interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and pre-employment processes.
- Track recruitment metrics, pipeline activity, and hiring progress through the ATS.
- Maintain compliance with recruitment policies, processes, and client requirements.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Prior experience in agency recruitment, RPO or corporate talent acquisition environments.
- Proven track record of successfully hiring across various professional and corporate functions.
- Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment platforms.
- Experience partnering with senior stakeholders and hiring managers.
Preferred Experience
- Recruitment experience within Manufacturing, Industrial, Shared Services, or Corporate Functions.
- Experience supporting regional or high-volume hiring projects.
- Exposure to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools.
- Experience working in a client-facing recruitment environment.
