What you'll do

• Business stability guarantee: Responsible for the stability construction of core systems such as Web3, exchange market and trading, wallet, activities and data infrastructure, continuously improving system availability, reliability and fault recovery capabilities. Lead the emergency response, stop‑loss, review and improvement of online failures, and accumulate processes, plans and automation tools to enhance the efficiency of problem discovery, location and recovery.
• Reliability operation and performance optimization: Establish and continuously improve the SLI/SLO/SLA system, carry out technical operations based on indicators such as availability, performance, capacity, resource utilization and user experience. Identify system bottlenecks and risk points, promote architecture optimization, capacity planning, performance tuning and reliability improvement to ensure core business SLA.
• Cloud‑native platform and K8S governance: Develop cloud‑native technical specifications and best practices, promote the large‑scale implementation of Kubernetes in business.
• Container platform governance: Establish unified application deployment, release, operation and maintenance standards, continuously optimize core capabilities such as container orchestration, service discovery, network, and storage.
• AWS cloud infrastructure and large‑scale cluster operation: Responsible for the architecture design, deployment, optimization and daily operation of AWS EKS, EC2 and related cloud infrastructure. Optimize the usage schemes of VPC, IAM, ALB/NLB, RDS, EBS/EFS/S3, Serverless, etc., achieving a balance between security, stability, elasticity and cost.
• Observability and log platform construction: Build and optimize monitoring, logging, link tracking and other observability systems, including Prometheus/Thanos, Grafana, ELK/Loki, OpenTelemetry, etc. Promote log standardization, be responsible for the stability, capacity planning and cost governance of the log platform, and enhance system observability and problem location efficiency.
• Automation, IaC and GitOps construction: Promote infrastructure and code (IaC) and GitOps implementation, design and maintain infrastructure and application delivery systems based on tools such as Terraform/Pulumi, Argo CD/Flux. Build CI/CD automation pipelines covering image building, security scanning, release, gray/blue deployment and rollback, improving delivery efficiency and quality.
• Platformization of operation and maintenance security: Promote cloud security, container security, network security and permission governance, establish relevant security norms and automated protection capabilities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in Computer Science and Technology, Software Engineering or related fields; more than 7 years of experience in SRE, DevOps, cloud‑native or Platform Engineering.
• Solid computer foundation, in-depth understanding of Linux, network, storage, processes/threads, I/O and common distributed system principles.
• More than 5 years of production environment operation experience with Kubernetes, and more than 2 years of practical experience with AWS EKS; familiar with EKS cluster governance, node management, elastic scaling and Spot instances, etc. Deep understanding of Kubernetes core components and ecosystem, including etcd, kube‑proxy, CNI (such as Calico, Cilium), CSI, Ingress, Service Mesh (such as Istio, Linkerd), etc.
• Proficient in building observability systems using tools such as Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK/Loki/Victor, OpenTelemetry; familiar with Helm, Kustomize, Operator Framework. Those with CRD or Controller development experience are preferred.
• Familiar with AWS/Aliyun/Tencent Cloud/Huawei Cloud platforms, including but not limited to CVM/EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, RDS, ALB/NLB, Route 53, CloudFront/EO; have experience in optimizing cloud resource costs, security governance and high availability architecture design.
• Familiar with IaC tools such as Terraform or Pulumi, as well as configuration management tools such as Ansible, SaltStack; have practical experience with DevOps toolchains such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD, ArgoWorkflows.
• Proficient in at least one object‑oriented programming language such as Go or Python, with good automation development and engineering capabilities; able to independently develop operation and maintenance tools or platforms.
• Familiar with container security, cloud security, network security, host security and access control, with the ability to identify, assess and manage security risks.
• Strong sense of ownership, problem analysis and Troubleshooting skills; good at abstracting common problems and improving organizational efficiency through standardization, automation and platformization means.
• Have experience in large‑scale high‑concurrency systems, high‑availability systems or major event support, capable of handling complex faults and emergency response in high‑pressure scenarios.

• 业务稳定性保障：负责 Web3、交易所行情与交易、钱包、活动及数据基础设施等核心系统的稳定性建设，持续提升系统可用性、可靠性与故障恢复能力。主导线上故障的应急响应、止损、复盘与改进，沉淀流程、预案和自动化工具，提升问题发现、定位与恢复效率。
• 可靠性运营与性能优化：建立并持续完善 SLI/SLO/SLA 体系，围绕可用性、性能、容量、资源利用率和用户体验等指标开展技术运营。识别系统瓶颈和风险点，推动架构优化、容量规划、性能调优及可靠性改进，保障核心业务 SLA。
• 云原生平台与 K8S 治理：制定云原生技术规范和最佳实践，推动 Kubernetes 在业务中的规模化落地。
• 负责容器平台治理，建立统一的应用部署、发布、运行和运维标准，持续优化容器编排、服务发现、网络、存储等核心能力。
• AWS 云基础设施与大规模集群运维：负责 AWS EKS、EC2 及相关云基础设施的架构设计、部署、调优和日常运维。优化 VPC、IAM、ALB/NLB、RDS、EBS/EFS/S3、Serverless 等云服务的使用方案，在安全、稳定、弹性与成本之间取得平衡。
• 可观测性与日志平台建设：建设和优化监控、日志、链路追踪等可观测性体系，包括 Prometheus/Thanos、Grafana、ELK/Loki、OpenTelemetry 等。推动日志标准化，负责日志平台的稳定性、容量规划和成本治理，提升系统可观测性与问题定位效率。
• 自动化、IaC 与 GitOps 建设：推动基础设施及代码（IaC）和 GitOps 落地，设计并维护基于Terraform/Pulumi、Argo CD/Flux 等工具的基础设施与应用交付体系。建设 CI/CD 自动化流水线，覆盖镜像构建、安全扫描、发布、灰度/蓝绿部署及回滚等流程，提升交付效率与质量。
• 运维安全平台化建设：推动云安全、容器安全、网络安全及权限治理，建立相关安全规范和自动化防护能力。

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程或相关专业；7 年以上 SRE、DevOps、云原生或 Platform Engineering 相关经验。
• 具备扎实的计算机基础，深入理解 Linux、网络、存储、进程/线程、I/O 及常见分布式系统原理。
• 具备 5 年以上 Kubernetes 生产环境运维经验，以及 2 年以上 AWS EKS 实战经验；熟悉 EKS 集群治理、节点管理、弹性伸缩及 Spot 实例等方案。深入理解 Kubernetes 核心组件及生态，包括 etcd、kube‑proxy、CNI（如 Calico、Cilium）、CSI、Ingress、Service Mesh（如 Istio、Linkerd）等。
• 熟练使用 Prometheus/VictoriaMetrics、Grafana、ELK/Loki/Victor、OpenTelemetry 等工具构建可观测性体系；熟悉 Helm、Kustomize、Operator Framework。具备 CRD 或 Controller 开发经验者优先。

• 具备较强的 Owner 意识、问题分析与 Troubleshooting 能力；善于抽象共性问题，通过标准化、自动化和平台化手段提升组织效率。
• 有大型高并发系统、高可用系统或重大活动保障经验，能够处理复杂故障和高压场景下的应急响应。
