About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our fast‑growing team. You will play a key role in building high‑quality talent pipelines across tech, marketing, eCommerce, and operations — directly contributing to the growth of the company.
What You Will Do
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation & onboarding.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referral programs, communities, and headhunting.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment consultation.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring demands.
- Execute employer branding activities across multiple platforms.
- Track, analyze and optimize recruitment performance metrics.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or HR.
- Strong skills in sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication.
- Familiar with hiring across Marketing, Tech, E‑commerce, Operations roles is a plus.
- Data‑driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Good English communication is an advantage.
- Proactive, responsible, and growth‑oriented mindset.
