Commercial Analysis
- Provide feedback to BU and local office regarding market rates and market utilization.
- Communicate with local team regarding Local Commercial Manager and BU’s decisions.
- Update local team and BU regarding space and vessel fulfilment.
- Analyze cargo and customer mix and establish the diversification strategy.
Sales / Capacity Control
- Monitor booking and prioritize according to the implemented strategy.
- Coordinate with the Booking Capacity team for accurate forecast and avoid shortfall.
- Provide customers with their booking status when requested.
- Control customers’ booking fulfilment to avoid shortfall (load vs cancelled).
Requirements
- 3‑5 years’ experience working in shipping.
- Experience in Trans‑Pacific trade.
- Education: University graduation.
- Fluent English speaking and writing.
- Microsoft Office skills: Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Experience working in system is an advantage.
