Service Planner/Coordinator – Keep Service Moving Office in Di An, Ho Chi Minh
Love organizing, solving problems and working with customers? This could be the role for you. As our Service Planner, you will coordinate Field Service Engineers, customer requests and service activities to make sure the right person gets to the right job at the right time.
You will:
- Plan and prioritize customer service visits.
- Coordinate Field Service Engineers based on skills, location and availability.
- Manage and follow up work orders and open activities.
- Communicate directly with customers and internal teams.
- Keep planning and service information accurate and up to date.
We're looking for:
- 1–2 years in planning, coordination or similar work.
- Strong organization and prioritization skills.
- A customer‑oriented mindset and clear communication.
- Good Microsoft Office skills; SAP/Power BI is a plus.
- Curiosity about technical products and equipment.
