Where is the work:
On‑Site (5 days)
- Develop and find opportunity projects from Trane’s chiller installed base to meet the order, revenue, margin target of the service department in terms of high‑growth investment projects and strategy.
- Handle all HVAC contracting works from site survey, provide technical solutions and presentation, presale, scope of work communication and finalization, propose design drawings, tendering and submit for bidding, quotation and documentation proposal, sign the contracts timely as forecast hand‑over project completely relative retrofit and renovation works such as chiller positioning, pump, cooling tower, ducting, piping, AFD, electrical replacement and energy solution projects.
- Able to find customer’s HVAC operation pain points during visit and survey. Based on results to provide effective total HVAC solution for retrofit package.
- Ensure you propose and respond to all inquiries, proposals required and meet the timeline.
- Coach and conduct project team from 3rd party to ensure margin controlled and maintained within approval level by proactive actions, further solutions, processes to improve productivity and performance for project.
- Cooperate and closely work with customer consultants to get more retrofit projects found besides building up the contracting pipelines from contracting activities.
- Closely work with regional technical support team to provide feasible solutions to propose to customer in a satisfaction manner.
- Execution to drive result based on performance and development connections (PDC) setting.
- Track individual project activities versus pre‑planning and order forecast relative to build up the short and long‑term pipelines.
- Meet the found and bid project pipelines based on as‑found and won rate setting weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly to build strong pipelines to meet order and revenue target.
- Accuracy order and revenue forecast monthly, quarterly, yearly and creating strong pipelines for next coming years. Commit and fully align to all new target setting based on HGI project within a year and next coming years to sustain the high growth investment project and business.
- Handle all customer complaints relative to contracting service quality to build a strong relationship with customers.
- Sale activities to align to customer relationship management (CRM) including building up customer data accumulation year over year.
- Report and respond to all required matters to internal and external customers timely as response process when required.
