Responsibilities / duties / key tasks
- Supervise daily production operations and ensure execution of the production plan.
- Coordinate manpower and resources to meet production requirements.
- Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery performance.
- Lead the team in resolving production, technical, quality, and logistics issues during the shift.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and the code of conduct.
- Coach and support team members to promote teamwork, capability development, and continuous improvement.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to management on production performance and operational improvements.
Requirements / qualifications / skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
- At least 1 year of team leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Good understanding of production processes, safety, quality, and continuous improvement principles.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and production reporting tools.
Work environment, culture notes, team description
The work model for the role is onsite. The role reports to the Production Supervisor and involves close cooperation with the unit supervisor to create an effective work environment and reinforce production schedules and quality.
