About the role
Transformer Table is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to manage and optimize our Shopify operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day functions of our Shopify store, ensuring seamless order processing, inventory management, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, ensuring accuracy and appeal.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock availability.
- Process orders efficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipping.
- Provide exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotions and campaigns effectively.
- Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, documenting processes and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with Shopify features and best practices to enhance store performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably with Shopify.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Application of AI in automated Workflow.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using Shopify and other relevant tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
