STATISTICS STAFF

Job Purpose

• Tổng hợp số liệu, làm báo cáo đầy đủ và chính xác 99%
• Tham gia các hoạt động đánh giá SHE&En- Standard, SRR….
• Đặt hàng cám thuốc, các vật dụng đảm bảo cho sản xuất đầy đủ.

Job Description (Accountability)

• Thống kê chi phí và kết quả sản xuất hàng tuần.
• Nhập báo cáo hàng ngày các thông tin về tỷ lệ ấp nở, vacine.
• Kiểm tra vaccine và hàng hóa theo đúng tiêu chuẩn sử dụng.
• Báo cáo hiệu quả sản xuất, stock vacine hàng tuần, hàng tháng, thống kê gởi kế toán.
• Chuẩn bị cho việc giao gà cho khách hàng và lập báo cáo.
• Chịu trách nhiệm mua hàng, nhân sự, thống kê, she-kpi, ISO.
• Sử dụng thống kê trên các phần mềm ứng dụng, đảm bảo việc truy xuất nguồn gốc khi cần.
• Kiểm tra, theo dõi công việc trên chương trình SAP, OP, OE, Winfarm, Edoc…
• Theo dõi nhân sự: OT, biến động…
• Thường xuyên theo dõi bảo quản stock.
• Chịu trách nhiệm thống kê tỷ lệ ấp nở chi tiết theo yêu cầu.
• Chịu trách nhiệm quản lý & thống kê stock.
• Chịu trách nhiệm việc đặt vaccine, và vật tư cho đơn vị.
