Job Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and callers, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
- Prepare the complimentary activities and have all materials set up as per standards.
- Ensure bookings for Earth‑Lab activities for next day are confirmed and organized and all materials ready.
- Complete relevant forms in accordance with resort procedures.
- Collect sustainability‑related data from respective departments and make relevant reports.
- Coordinate with Finance team and supervise suppliers for monthly scraps pick up.
- Daily check the garbage room to ensure hygiene standards and garbage separation is carried out properly by all departments.
- Innovate and assist in creating new initiatives in line with Earth‑Lab activities.
- Assist in engagement with the local community.
- Attend meetings and training as required by supervisors.
- Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards operating procedures.
- Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
- Perform any additional tasks given to me by management.
