Today, we are expanding with a new high‑tech facility in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen, backed by a $145 million investment and spanning 100,000 m². This state‑of‑the‑art site will produce advanced products, including high‑speed connectors, cables, and optical devices.
What You Will Do
- Respond to product non‑conformity, organize source to provide the quality solution, risk assessment, containment, corrective and preventive action, and verify the effectiveness.
- Improve product shipping quality by controlling 4M1E to ensure no batch quality issue and reduce RMA rate.
- Handle customer complaints or RMA or customer service by coordinating resources to meet customer expectation.
- Conduct audit activity or preparation of customer audit.
- Control the product design, development, mass production transfer project from a quality point of view.
Who You Are
Education
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in Optical Communication, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Work Experience
- Required:
- More than 3 years of experience as an SMT PQE.
- Proficient in SMT process requirements and key control points from solder paste printing through AOI inspection.
- Familiar with various IPC standards.
- Preferred:
- Experience managing quality for complex PCBA products, such as communication modules, servers, or high‑speed optical products.
- Experience leading project quality improvement initiatives.
- Experience supporting NPI (New Product Introduction) implementation for new products.
- Familiar with post‑placement processes, including selective soldering, wave soldering, X‑ray inspection, etc.
- Knowledge in TL9000 or ISO9001.
Skills & Abilities
- Required:
- Strong cross‑functional communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to lead the resolution of major quality abnormalities/issues.
- Capability to conduct production line process audits.
- Good English or Chinese ability in reading, speaking and writing.
- Preferred:
- Knowledge of optical component and subsystem, TL9000 or ISO9001 or ISO14001 internal auditor certificates.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of material properties.
- Good knowledge of 8D, 5W1H, 7QC tools, FMEA.
- Good at Agile/RMA System.
- Able to participate in English online meetings.
