Job Description

Responsible for managing the end‑to‑end sample lifecycle—including receiving, processing, sorting, storing, and distributing testing samples to relevant laboratories—ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company quality standards.

Receive, manage, and sort incoming samples.
Update and manage sample information in the eLims system to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Inspect and transfer samples to the appropriate testing team.
Organize, store, and preserve samples in accordance with company regulations and specific client requirements.
Liaise with Customer Service regarding sample status, Test Request Forms (TRF), sample receipt, as well as receiving and forwarding client inquiries or complaints.
Strictly comply with company regulations on document and sample management.
Adhere to safety, 5S, and sample preservation guidelines.
Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications

Kinh nghiệm (Experiences): Fresh graduate or 6‑month experience in a testing/laboratory environment is an advantage.

Trình độ học vấn, chuyên ngành (Education Background, Major): Graduated from College or University.

Trình độ ngoại ngữ (Foreign Languages Skills): Basic level; capable of reading and understanding English documents.

Khác (Others):

Quick learner, meticulous, accurate, and highly responsible for sample management.
Strong capability in logical sample arrangement and scientific storage.
Proficient in using Excel or tracking logs for sample management.
Able to work independently and under pressure; enthusiastic and reliable.
