Job Description
Technical Coordinator
You will act as the Member of Lab Team Representative in TUV SUD Vietnam office. You will support Lab Manager/supervisor in managing day‑to‑day activities within your responsibility.
Your Responsibilities:
- Review sample and checklist/test requirement as per buyer manual.
- Work closely with Lab team, Sale team and CS team to ensure the samples’ size and TAT.
- Support Sale team and CS team in technical inquiries, Lab capabilities checking and clients concerns.
- Plan and implement Lab equipment internal verification/maintenance & calibration. Follow up and take action for any issue to keep lab equipment operated smoothly.
- Be the key member of the new development project.
- Be responsible for other tasks as authorized or assigned by the Lab Manager.
Your Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Garment/Textile/Mechanical or its equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in operating Softline physical tests, preferred footwear tests.
- Knowledge of ISO17025 Quality Management System is advantageous.
- Good communication skill.
- A proactive team player, ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
