JOB DESCRIPTION
- Deliver technical training to newly hired Sales employees.
- Provide advanced product training to experienced Sales employees, particularly for high‑end products and solutions.
- Support Sales teams and customers in handling technical questions related to the company’s products.
- Provide technical consultation to help customers optimize product performance and application.
- Conduct initial product training for customers following product purchase.
- Provide after‑sales technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.
- Open to fresh graduates and candidates with approximately one to three years of relevant experience.
- Good Chinese communication skills are required; English proficiency is considered an advantage.
- Proactive, positive, responsible, and customer‑oriented, with strong communication skills and a can‑do attitude.
