Job Description

• Responsible for deploying healthcare information systems (HIS, EMR, PACS, etc.) for international customers, including installation, system configuration, system integration, and data migration.
• Develop detailed implementation plans and ensure project progress.
• Perform system testing (Unit Test, Integration Test, UAT) before acceptance.
• Lead or coordinate Go‑live implementation and support customers during the initial operation phase.
• Train end users and system administrators.
• Compile technical documents, user guides, and training materials in English.
• Act as the technical focal point, supporting customers in handling issues arising during system usage.
• Diagnose and handle incidents related to applications, databases, networks, and operating systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Information Management, or related fields.
• Proficient in Linux/Windows Server.
• Proficient in Oracle, MySQL, or SQL Server.
• Good knowledge of computer networks (TCP/IP, DNS, Firewall, etc.).
• Docker experience is preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare IT or software implementation, operation, and technical support.
• Fluent English (4 skills), with the ability to work directly with international customers.
• Cross‑cultural communication skills, customer service mindset, and training capability.
• Ability to work independently, work under pressure, and be willing to travel abroad for long‑term assignments.
• Experience in project implementation in the Middle East or Southeast Asia is preferred.
