Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Process setup
- Transfer process/stations from Wuxi sites to Đồng Nai site.
- Work with engineer to set up and buy‑off equipment & process.
Production line supporting
- Deal with production failures and lessons‑and‑learn summary.
- Communicate with related departments to solve material issues and station problems.
- Support station uptime through equipment/process improvement activities.
- Operator training and assessment.
HPU reduction and yield improvement
- Process troubleshooting & failure analysis.
- Fixture & tooling optimization.
- Engineering order or qualification follow‑up.
Education & Experience
- Intermediate Graduate or College Graduate is required. Major in Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical or related majors is referred.
- At least 3+ years of experience in engineering at the manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Skilled in office software such as Excel, PowerPoint.
- Process & station troubleshooting.
- Able to support a flexible work schedule due to collaboration with multiple worldwide facilities.
Working Conditions
- Working in the office & cleanroom, full‑time in manufacturing plants.
Physical Requirements
