1. Job Purpose & Scope
This position has 2 responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance of Electrical system and support project installation.
Preventive Maintenance of Electrical system – analysis preventive electrical maintenance tasks and take predictive electrical maintenance to system. Monitor and control all electrical maintenance tasks to ensure they are on track. Follow up the result of PM action and take action if required. Actions may include analysis, troubleshooting, consult, supervise, coach, and train maintenance teams who work both day and shift.
Supporting project installation – supervise or support the team to achieve project milestones both in terms of budget and time frame.
The addition for this position is Knowledge Management for site staff. It has to provide some technical data for them or any assignment.
This position will supervise and manage regular technicians and outsource contractors for turnkey work.

3. Key Responsibilities & Job Content
- Understand high‑low voltage preventive maintenance including Transformer (TR) 115 kV or 22 kV, Switch gear (SWG), Main Distribution Boards (MDB) up to Ring Main Unit (RMU) to machine and equipment.
- Understand electrical single diagram.
- Able to engineer basic design and make scope of work for project activity.
- PM Analysis: Analyze possible causes of problems, period of service, and subject to take action. Forecast for failure and take predictive maintenance.
- Support Project installation: Ensure that the project will complete on time and within budget.
- Training & Development: Assist the line manager with training needs analysis, training plan, and training provision to achieve the business training plan and legal requirements.
- Procurement Assistance: Assist the manager in collecting information about PM resources.
- Knowledge Management: Manage technical data as assignment.
