1. Job Purpose & Scope
This position has two responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance of Electrical systems and support project installation.
Preventive Maintenance of Electrical systems involves analyzing preventive electrical maintenance tasks and implementing predictive maintenance on the system. The role monitors and controls all electrical maintenance tasks to ensure they stay on track. It follows up on the results of PM actions and takes action if required. Actions may include analysis, troubleshooting, consultation, supervision, coaching, and training of maintenance teams who work both day and shift.
Supporting project installation responsibility is to supervise or support the team to achieve project milestones in terms of budget and time frame.
The additional responsibility for this position is Knowledge Management for site staff. It must provide technical data or assignments to them.
This position will supervise and manage regular technicians and outsourced contractors for turnkey work.

3. Key Responsibilities & Job Content
- Understand high‑low voltage preventive maintenance, including Transformer (TR) 115 kV or 22 kV, Switchgear (SWG), Main Distribution Boards (MDB) up to Ring Main Unit (RMU) to machine and equipment.
- Understand electrical single diagrams.
- Be able to perform basic engineering design and create scope of work for project activities. PM Analysis: analyze possible causes of problems, service periods, and determine actions. Forecast failures and implement predictive maintenance.
- Support Project installation: ensure that the project completes on time and within budget.
- Training & Development: assist the line manager with training needs analysis, training plans, and training delivery to meet business training plans and legal requirements.
- Procurement Assistance: assist the manager in collecting information about PM resources.
- Knowledge Management: manage technical data assignments.
