- Responsible for the assembly and testing of equipment in accordance with specified requirements and applicable standards.
- Analyze and diagnose the faulty system and drive appropriate corrective actions to ensure minimal reoccurrence of failures.
- Document all repairs and improvements on test equipment.
- Monitor all test stations for intermittencies and reduce them in accordance with targets.
- Provide support to Operations and Test Engineers by actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a strong “Safety and Quality First” culture.
- Manage and maintain the equipment maintenance and calibration system in accordance with company requirements, ensuring all maintenance activities are properly scheduled, completed on time, and performed to the required standards.
- Control and maintain test accessories for all test stations, including spare parts, and establish appropriate minimum and maximum inventory levels to ensure the availability of required spares and support uninterrupted testing operations.
- Execute Test Operation following defined timeline to archive customer expected SSD (Schedule Shipment Date).
- Execute specific PCOCM/EDW following customer requirement.
- Promptly repair faulty system to ensure meeting customer TCT (Test Cycle Time).
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
