Position Overview
Logistic, Liquidation implementation, SAP and ISO implementation
Key Responsibilities
- In charge of liquidation system
- a. Maintain system (review and make improvement)
- b. Operate system efficiently.
- Work with FI to consolidate with FI liquidation.
- Involve in sourcing, select, manage, control vendors/suppliers.
- Legal updates & implement.
- Provide solution to logistics/liquidation/legal for cost improvement.
- Be accountable for the compliance to rules, procedures and requirement in terms of:
- a. 7S & KAIZEN
- b. Environmental Health Safety
- c. EICC & Social Responsibility
- Protection of company assets
- Understand, support, and contribute to current Molex Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, International Standards Organization (ISO) and Environmental, and/or Health and Safety (EH&S) Management Systems by following stated policies and procedures.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- Working location: Thang Long industrial park, Hanoi
Provide company car from Hanoi/ Vinh Phuc
Qualification
University educated
Experience
At least 02 years’ equivalent experience
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of EPE manufacturing process & system
- International and local laws on customs procedure, taxes.
- Open-minded; global, logical, systematical thinking
- Communication, organization, presentation, teamwork
- English (oral and written), Excel proficiency.
- Kaizen and innovation skills
