As a Food & Beverage Service Intern, you will gain practical experience across our restaurants, bars, and banquet operations while learning international service standards and contributing to memorable dining experiences for our guests.
THE TEAM
You will be part of the Food & Beverage team, working alongside experienced leaders and service professionals across multiple outlets. The team is committed to delivering warm, attentive service while supporting your development through coaching and on‑the‑job training.
YOUR ROLE
As a Food & Beverage Service Intern, you will support the daily operation of restaurants, bars, and event venues while developing essential hospitality skills. This internship provides exposure to guest service, food and beverage operations, service standards, and teamwork within a luxury resort environment.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE
You will:
- Assist in setting up and preparing restaurants, bars, and event venues before service.
- Welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Support the team in serving food and beverages according to resort standards.
- Ensure tables are properly set, cleaned, and reset throughout service periods.
- Assist with guest requests and communicate them promptly to supervisors or team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, service stations, and equipment.
- Learn and apply food safety, hygiene, and service procedures.
- Support banquet and special event operations when required.
- Develop product knowledge of menu items, beverages, promotions, and resort facilities.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Follow all health, safety, and company policies at all times.
- Participate actively in training sessions and development activities.
COULD THIS BE YOU
We're looking for someone who:
- Is currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Has a passion for guest service and the hospitality industry.
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is able to work effectively in a team environment.
- Has a professional appearance and strong customer service mindset.
- Has basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
- Is willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
