As a Housekeeping Trainee, you will gain hands‑on experience in maintaining guest rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house facilities while learning the standards that contribute to an exceptional guest stay.

THE TEAM

You will be part of the Housekeeping team, working alongside experienced hospitality professionals dedicated to ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout the resort. The team is committed to supporting your professional growth through practical training and mentorship.

YOUR ROLE

As a Housekeeping Trainee, you will assist with daily housekeeping operations while developing essential skills in room preparation, cleanliness standards, guest service, and teamwork. This internship provides exposure to luxury hotel housekeeping practices and guest experience excellence.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

You will:

Assist in cleaning and servicing guest rooms in accordance with resort standards.
Help maintain cleanliness and presentation of public areas, corridors, and back‑of‑house areas.
Support room attendants in preparing rooms for arriving guests.
Replenish guest supplies, amenities, linens, and towels as required.
Learn and apply housekeeping procedures, quality standards, and productivity practices.
Report maintenance issues, safety concerns, and lost‑and‑found items promptly.
Assist with inventory management of housekeeping supplies and equipment.
Ensure housekeeping carts, storage rooms, and work areas remain organized and well‑maintained.
Support special projects such as deep cleaning and room inspections when assigned.
Learn and comply with health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
Participate actively in all training and development activities.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

COULD THIS BE YOU

We're looking for someone who:

Is currently studying Hospitality Management, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Has a passion for hospitality and guest service.
Demonstrates a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Has good attention to detail and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Is physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
Possesses good communication and interpersonal skills.
Works well both independently and as part of a team.
Has basic English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
Is willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
