About The Team
You’ll be joining the JINGDONG Logistics team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities and Objectives
- Act as the national sales leader, organize and drive business development activities within the country, and be responsible for the team's revenue, profit, and customer experience outcomes;
- Based on the strategic plans of the business unit and intercontinental headquarters, formulate national sales strategies, organize the team to break down annual, quarterly, and monthly targets, and ensure high-quality execution;
- Continuously develop the local market, enhance customer acquisition capabilities, expand customer acquisition channels, and promote business implementation through effective sales team management to maintain healthy business growth;
- Continuously build and manage the overseas country team, establish local recruitment channels overseas, attract and select top talent, and improve team structure through training and development.
Requirements
- Over 8 years of experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, with a good understanding of international logistics products; experience in developing and maintaining large supply chain clients is preferred; background in key account (KA) sales or solutions is a plus;
- Strong strategic planning and leadership skills, outstanding commercial thinking, and more than 3 years of team management experience;
- Willingness to learn continuously, embrace change, and proactively try new ideas and methods at work;
- Strong time management and multitasking skills; able to accept long working hours and high-intensity work;
- Excellent communication skills; overseas working or studying experience is a plus; capable of leading cross-functional teams in a multicultural and matrixed environment to drive results;
- Proficient in Chinese and able to use it as a working language.
