THE TEAM
The Housekeeping team is responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and presentation throughout the resort. Villa Attendants play an essential role in ensuring our luxury villas are impeccably maintained and prepared to exceed guest expectations.
YOUR ROLE
As a Villa Attendant, you will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and preparing guest villas to New World Phu Quoc Resort standards. You will ensure all assigned areas are clean, comfortable, and well-presented while delivering exceptional service and attention to detail.
HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE
- Clean and service guest villas according to hotel standards and daily schedules.
- Make beds, change linens, replenish amenities, and maintain villa cleanliness.
- Clean bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, terraces, and other assigned areas.
- Ensure all guest supplies and amenities are replenished accurately.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost-and-found items promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping carts, pantries, and storage areas.
- Follow villa turndown service and special guest requests when assigned.
- Handle guest belongings with care, respect, and confidentiality.
- Ensure compliance with housekeeping, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Support deep cleaning projects and special cleaning assignments as required.
- Provide courteous and professional interactions with guests at all times.
COULD THIS BE YOU?
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel experience is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and housekeeping standards.
- Able to communicate basic English is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform cleaning duties.
