About the role
Van Cleef & Arpels is a high‑jewelry maison that values exceptional know‑how and creativity. The Visual Merchandising Assistant for SEA will support the Visual Merchandising Manager SEA in ensuring the highest visual merchandising standards across Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and Malaysia.
Responsibilities
- Ensure visual merchandising standards meet Maison requirements, including monthly campaign changes, boutique video updates and product priorities.
- Operate the online validation system (YOOBIC) to review monthly boutique showcase displays.
- Place props and window kit animations, order and manage them.
- Conduct regular in‑store checks to confirm displays, props and back‑of‑house items are in good condition and properly arranged.
- Coordinate window animation kits and communicate with florists for flower arrangements.
- Follow up with regional teams and vendors on ongoing projects and special animations requiring HQ validation.
- Create visual merchandising reports for internal use to track boutique showcases and maintain standards.
- Provide regular training on VM guidelines and update staff on any guideline changes.
- Coordinate team calendar and meeting planning.
- Assist in special events and pop‑up preparation to support other functions.
- Handle administrative tasks such as vendor creation/extension, PO creation, invoice processing and props delivery.
- Manage any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- First experience in the retail industry with visual merchandising and brand guidelines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to build strong cross‑department collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Autonomous, proactive, and solution‑oriented work style.
