Currently, Park Hyatt Saigon is looking for enthusiastic and service‑oriented individuals to join our Food & Beverage team as Casual Labor Waiters/Waitresses.

This opportunity offers valuable hands‑on experience in one of Hyatt's most iconic luxury hotels. You will have the chance to support operations across our restaurants, lounge, and banquet events while learning world‑class hospitality standards.
As a Waiter/Waitress – Casual Labor, you will assist the Food & Beverage team in delivering exceptional dining experiences, supporting event operations, and ensuring guests receive warm, professional, and personalized service.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing, hospitality, restaurant, or luxury service environment is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage
- Friendly, professional, and well‑presented
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment
- Passion for guest service and luxury hospitality
