Job Purpose
Chịu trách nhiệm kiểm đếm và nâng hạ hàng xuất nhập kho thành phẩm.
Responsibility for checking, loading and unloading inbound and outbound of Finished goods.
Responsibilities
- Tuân thủ các an toàn lao động.Strictly comply with company safety policy.
- Kiểm đếm cho tất cả các loại thành phẩm xuất – nhập kho đảm bảo đúng tên, số lô và số lượng trên chứng từ giao – nhận khớp với hàng thực tế. Ký biên bản giao nhận đầy đủ với sản xuất (cho hàng nhập) và với tài xếTally count to ensure the accuracy of Item name/Batch number and quantity received for FG into warehouse and outbound to trucks/drivers. Ensure the physical stock delivered are matched with delivery document (invoice, delivery note). Ensure to sign handover minutes between WH and production (inbound) and between WH and drivers (outbound).
- Thực hiện kiểm đếm kho thành phẩm theo ngày/tuần/ tháng. Kiểm kê và ghi chú lại số lượng tồn và xuất kho hàng ngày trên bảng lưu kho.Coordinate to do FG cycle count daily/weekly and monthly; and monitor inventory in and out and stock balance.
- Lấy mẫu sample theo yêu cầu cho các bộ phậnTake samples as require for all BUs.
- Hỗ trợ sắp xếp hàng lẻ trên pallet & xuất hàng ICD.Support to arrange loose pallet (count, arrange the goods before dispatch), wrapping for ICD orders (used temperature isolated sheet)
- Lái xe nâng hỗ trợ xuất nhập hàngDrive Forklift to load and unloading goods receipt and goods issue.
- Phối hợp làm 5S các khu vực (kho thành phẩm, nguyên liệu, cont lạnh).Coordination to do 5S at all warehouse areas.
- Các công việc khác được yêu cầu bởi giám sát khoOther tasks required by Warehouse Supervisor.
Requirements
- Làm việc cẩn thận và siêng năng, làm việc theo đội nhóm. / Carefully and diligently, team work.
- Có thể đi ca. / Can work by shift.
- Có khả năng nhận biết mã sản phẩm. / Ability to identify product codes.
- Tốt nghiệp cấp 3. / High school graduation.
- Có thể làm việc với máy tính. / Can work on computer for basic transaction.
- Tinh thần trách nhiệm và trung thực. / High responsibility and integrity.
